1. Return Eligibility

1.1. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

a. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

b. The item(s) must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

c. Perishable goods, personalized items, and items classified as non-returnable are exceptions to this policy (please refer to Section 4).

1.2. Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product(s). Any requests beyond this timeframe may not be considered.

2. Returns Process

2.1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Log in to your Soko Uganda account.

b. Go to the “Order History” section and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.

c. Click on the “Return Items” button and follow the on-screen instructions.

d. Fill out the return request form, providing all necessary information.

2.2. Once we receive your return request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 3 business days.

2.3. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

3. Refunds

3.1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.

3.2. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 4 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

3.3. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Returnable Items

4.1. Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

a. Perishable goods, such as food items and fresh produce.

b. Personalized items with customizations specified by the customer.

c. Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
