Project overview

ACCION is working with Conrad Hilton Foundation to reimagine how refugee women who own small businesses in Uganda can acess new markets by leveraging digitally enabled channels.

This project is expected to achieve the following interventions:

1.Enable access to new business opportunities for income generation
2.Enable access to new financial and non-financial solutions that promote financial resilience and well-being for the refugee women and their families
3.Provide capacity-building programs (financial and digital) for better use and adopt these solutions

Soko Uganda and UGAFODE microfinance Bank are local partner organisations to develop and roll out these interventions across Kampala and Nakivale
